TRX straps that slap your abs like no other!
Of late, I’ve been cross training my indoor sessions with the TRX straps. They are just another half-fun (laughs) way to train the whole body indoors and outdoors when ever doors. Put it this way, it’s just another fast way to lose weight and start toning up your Abs. Getting lean does not mean same old body building or cardio training routines. I’m always on the lookout for new and fun training routines including various pieces of equipment, such as the TRX. My core focus for me (Mike Evans) as a personal trainer is to be known as the expert on the what, why, how, when’s of how to lose fat, fast way to lose weight and the whole toning up process.

3 x Exercises x 2-4 sets + leg exercise for (afterburner)
1. Atomic push – ups x 12-20
2. Side Plank (on hand or elbow) x 20-30sec
3. Body Saw with Suspended Crunch x 12-15
4. + Hamstring Bicycles x 20 alternating

What...eating fruit helps store fat and puts on weight! Nooo...not beautiful sweet bannana’s or mango’s, well it can. Fruit is an amazing source of healthy, simple carbohydrate to add into our diet when thinking of how to lose fat. Doing the old swap the mars bar for a pick up to a crispy apple. Buuuut, some of us are forgetting the apple is still very high in sugar (fructose) fruit sugar.
Some diet experts argue fruit sugar is better for you than white sugar...yes I agree! Although, a lot of the so called experts that are either skinny fat looking from starving their bodies to having a body fat % higher than 35% (chubby) are recommending having fruit with just about every meal and snack morning and night, adding loads of fruit(sugar) into our carbohydrate intake throughout the day. (Perfect ways to lose weight and toning up body NOT!) NOTE: If you're training hard, very physical all day long + not trying to lose weight rapidly eat a piece of delicious fruit with every meal and have as a snack!

Just by eating lean protein more often can and will increase calorie burn throughout day. There is greater energy cost associated with the breakdown and digestion of real food (not meal replacements). Just as Mefit’s training routines burn mass amounts of calories so too does eating. We burn energy, digesting our food. This is commonly termed as the thermal effect of food or diet-induced thermogenesis.

Training routines that will burn more cal’s than you can ever eat! (Just kidding)
Let’s take a look at the term of energy input to energy output. The food we eat and drink for energy throughout the day and then how much energy our body burns up throughout day. Take a look at some ideal scenarios and training routines that will help your body burn/use more energy than we take on board on an average day. Leaving our bodies no choose to eat up stored FAT for fuel!!! Oh yeh, making us skinnier and leaner.

100 squats a day will melt fat off your buns...aaaaah NO. Sorry to say it does not...doh! Trying to spot reduce stored fat in and around your buttocks will only make you very sore and out of balance with rest of bodies musculature. No matter how amazing the TV infomercial suggests you can spot reduce your midsection and or ass...don’t buy into it, getting yourselves all confused about the how to’s of Toning up. this is very contrary to what the TV infomercials suggest. I believe there is no such way of spot reducing apart from cosmetic surgery (nip and tuck). Firstly, fat will be lost/used for energy throughout the body’s pathway depending upon your genetics, sex(hormones), and how old you’re. Fat will be predominately stored in the last area it was taken from! Another way of looking at is the first area you feel like you’re fattening up is the first area you’ll lose it.
Spot reducing the bum is a Myth. Especially with women, it is the last area that will feel like its getting lean (bum, hips and thigh). For the men it is the midsection (abs), sorry boys.
So there you have it...get back to the good old, flick FAT switch on as much as possible through a MEFIT Toning up, training routines (hehe). Be very consistent with a tailored online meal/diet planner, which will help you burn even more fat calories throughout body and even lose weight rapidly.
